Many customers use the MicroCare® fluids to deposit coatings and lubricants onto parts. When the components are dipped into the bath containing the coating, which is diluted in the MicroCare fluid, the coating covers the parts smoothly and evenly. Drips and runs are minimized (notice the smoothness of the coating on the mixing tool) because the MicroCare fluids evaporate quickly as the parts are removed from the bath. It's a fast, simple and highly effective process.
