Removing Particulate

Mechanical parts may be covered with metal finings and other debris which are not solube in liquids. It takes a special type of cleaning to gets these parts cleaned.Another common chore for the MicroCare fluids is displacement cleaning. In this application, clients are dealing with contamination that cannot be dissolved: metal filings, fibers, hair, dust and solder balls.  The specific gravity of the MicroCare fluids and their very low surface tension enable results simply not possible with aqueous or hydrocarbon cleaners. The density of the fluids, when combined with the very low surface tension of the solvent, means that MicroCare fluids simply can get underneath these materials and float them away, just as a battleship floats on the ocean. (These cleaning capabilities are explained in detail in this web site.)

In addition, insoluble contamination often has a static charge that binds particulate to the substrate. MicroCare fluids dissipate the static charge and release the contamination from the substrate, and simply rinse the contamination away.
