BromoTest™ Acid Acceptance Kit

The Bromothane Acid Acceptance Test Kit enables techs to keep their vapor degreaser running smoothlyWhile many companies using nPB-based cleaners have never heard of "acid acceptance testing" the process is simple and is absolutely essential to the safe and efficient use of Bromothane and other nPB-based cleaners. Failure to monitor the acidity of the cleaner can result in ineffective cleaning, damaged parts and -- worst case -- the destruction of the vapor degreaser.

That's why at MicroCare we recommend this easy-to-use test should be performed on a regular basis (we recommend weekly) to measure the condition of the solvent and the concentration of the stabilizer. The Kit contains everything required to perform the test properly, including detailed instructions. A background in chemistry is NOT required.

NOTE: The Acid Test Kit is engineered specifically for the Bromothane brand of cleaners. Using the Kit on nPB-based cleaners from other companies may produce unpredictable results.
